Receta Pink Salmon Terrine

Ingredientes
- 60 gm (2 ounce) Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 can (220g tins) Pink Salmon
- 2 Tbsp. Dill, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c. White Rice, boiled
- Â Â Grated Cheese
- Â Â Garlic Pwdr
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a saucepan, stir in flour, add in lowfat milk & allow to boil and thicken. Stir in salmon liquid, dill, lemon juice Large eggs & rice. Place salmon, & rice mix in alternate layers in a greased loaf tin. Bake at 180C (350F) for 1 hour. 20 min before the end of cooking, sprinkle over grated cheese & garlic pwdr.
