Ingredientes
- 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 (10 ounce.) smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 (4 ounce.) jar mushrooms, sliced & liquid removed
- 1 (2 ounce.) warm peppers
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Mix macaroni, lowfat milk, egg and salt in baking pan, spread proportionately. Spoon spaghetti sauce over macaroni. Top with beans, sausage, mushrooms, warm pepper, green pepper, tomato, onions, season and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 8-10.
