  • 4 x Ripe plantains - sub bananas
  • 2 ounce Shredded soy cheese
  • 2 ounce Fruit preserve, preferably guava, but this can be substituted with your favorite fruit preserve

Direcciones

  1. Oven at 375F. Peel the plantains and slice them lengthwise in the middle but don't cut all the way through so which he two sides are still joined.
  2. Stuff the plantain with cheese and fruit preserve, place in a non-stick pan, add in 1/4" water to pan bottom and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or possibly till soft.
