Receta Platano Al Horno (Baked Plantain)

Ingredientes
- 4 x Ripe plantains - sub bananas
- 2 ounce Shredded soy cheese
- 2 ounce Fruit preserve, preferably guava, but this can be substituted with your favorite fruit preserve
Direcciones
- Oven at 375F. Peel the plantains and slice them lengthwise in the middle but don't cut all the way through so which he two sides are still joined.
- Stuff the plantain with cheese and fruit preserve, place in a non-stick pan, add in 1/4" water to pan bottom and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes or possibly till soft.
