Receta Plum Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 jar baby food plums (7 3/4 ounce.)
- 1 c. unsifted self-rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
Direcciones
- In large bowl, beat together first 5 ingredients. Add in flour, cinnamon and cloves. Blend well. Fill lightly greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min. NOTE: Pumpkin instead of plums works well for pumpkin lovers.
