- 150g Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 125g Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 large Egg (70g)
- 40g Caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- grated lemon zest from 1 lemon
- 4-5 Fresh small plums, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- icing sugar for dusting
