Receta Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1 3/4 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 x Clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Corn starch, dissolved in 1/4 c. water Freshly grnd pepper to taste
- 1 dsh Sesame oil (I never use this)
Direcciones
- Place the mushrooms in a saucepan with 1/4 c. of the water. Add in the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Saute/fry till the mushrooms are softened slightly, about 4 min.Add in the remaining 1 1/2 c. water and the cornstarch mix. Cook, stirring till the mix boils and thickens. Season with the pepper and sesame oil.
