Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 c. cool water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

- 1. Place cornmeal in a small bowl. Add in cool water and stir till uniformly combined. 2. Stir cornmeal mix into saucepan of boiling water. Cook, stirring over low heat till thick (about 5 min). 3. Remove from heat, and stir in Parmesan. Form a crust in a greased 9 inch pie pan. (Use wet hands and/or possibly a spatula to pat it into place). 4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven. Turn oven down to 350 degrees.
