  • 1 1/2 lb reasonably lean grnd beef
  • 4 med potatoes, peeled and in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 lrg onion, cut in large pcs
  • 1 bag frzn sliced carrots or possibly you can use the fresh baby ones
  • 1 pkt frzn tiny peas
  • 2 can Golden brown Mushroom soup (it HAS to be the Golden brown!!!)
  •     Pam sprayed 9 x 15 x 3 glass or possibly metal cake pan (the one you use for sheet cakes)
  •     Heavy Duty foil

Direcciones

  1. Spray pan well with Pam. Form the hamburger in 6 patties, 1/4 lb each and about 1/2 inch thick. Press patties in bottom of pan, 2 rows of 3. Salt and pepper patties. Toss on the onions in a layer, then the potato cubes, then the frzn carrots and then the frzn peas. Spread the 2 cans of soup proportionately over the entire thing. Then use a large sufficient piece of heavy duty foil to cover the top of the pan and crimp it tightly so no steam can escape.
  2. Place in a 325 degree F. oven, top rack for 2 hrs.
  3. Serves 4.Note: The Golden brown Mushroom soup makes a wonderful gravy, and the little bit of fat in the burger just adds juice to it.
