Receta Poppy Seed Bread With Raspberry Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 c. plain flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 box poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 8 ounce. cream cheese, optional
- Raspberry jam, optional
Direcciones
- Alternately add in sugar and oil. One at a time add in Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk. Combine flour, salt and soda. Sift together. Add in to above mix. Add in poppy seeds and nuts. Bake in 2 loaves at 350 degrees till brown, about 45 min.
- For raspberry spread cream the cream cheese and add in jam till desired color and sweetness is achieved.
