Receta Pork And Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Mushrooms, quartered
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1Â 1/4 lb Boneless pork, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 10 ounce Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsely, choppped
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 4 c. Warm cooked noodles
Direcciones
- 1. In a non stick skillet heat oil over medium heat, cook mushrooms till lightly browned about 3 mintues; set aside.
- 2. Add in pork to pan and brown on all sides, about 5 min (pork will still be pink inside)
- 3. Add in undiluted mushroom soup, paprika, ketchup, worcestershire, and cooked mushrooms; reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 min to blend flavours.
- 4, Stir in parsleyand lowfat sour cream; heat over low till warmed through - Don't Boil !!
- 5. Serve over warm cooked noodles.
