Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb lean boneless pork
- 1 med onion, minced (1/2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 3 c. frzn loose-pack broccoli, cauliflower,
- Â Â and carrots
- 4 ounce medium dry noodles">noodles or possibly curly medium noodles">noodles(3 c.)
- 1 x 10-3/(4-oz) can reduced-sodium condensed cream of
- Â Â celery soup
- 1 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp dry marjoram or possibly thyme, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Direcciones
- Trim fat from pork. Cut pork into thin bite-size strips. In a 12 inch skillet cook and stir pork and onion in warm oil over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 min or possibly until pork is no longer pink. Stir in frzn vegetables, noodles, soup, broth, water, marjoram or possibly thyme, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 min or possibly until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
