- 1 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
- 3 Water Chetnuts, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour

- ¾ tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Anchovy Stock/Broth
- 100 grams Dried Anchovies, rinsed & drained well
- ½ tsp White Peppercorns
- 2 Chicken Legs, skinless
- 1 Yellow Onion, halved
- 1 Medium Size Spice Bag or Muslin Cloth
- 8 Cups of Water
