Receta Pork casserole with shallots and potatoes
Fried boneless pork chops topped with creamy gravy and baked atop sliced new potatoes will please all.
Ingredientes
- 400 g boneless loin pork chops
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 600 g new potatoes, washed, thinly sliced
- 200 g shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 packet dry mix Cream of asparagus soup (Podravka, 55 g)
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- Fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup milk

While chops are browning, place sliced potatoes in an oblong dish. Place browned chops on top of potatoes. Set aside.
