Receta Pork Chops In Apple Juice

Ingredientes
- 4 x Pork chops
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 stk celery minced
- 250 ml applejuice
- 1 x salt and pepper
- Â Â To Finish
- 2 x eating apples
- 28 gm butter
Direcciones
- Method1. Trim any surplus fat off chops. Heat oil in pan and brown chops all over.
- 2. Add in onion celery apple juice and seasoning simmer till meat is tender approx. 25 min.
- 3. When cooked arrange on serving dish and keep hot.
- 4. Peel and core apples and slice into four rings lightly fry in butter.
- 5. Place apple rings on top of chops and spoon juice over chops.
