  • 4 lrg pork chops
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 12 ounce Miller Lite
  • 1/4 med onion sliced

  1. Salt and pepper both side of chops and brown over medium high heat. When browned, turn heat to low, add in 1 can of beer and the sliced onion.
  2. Cover and braise the chops, turning them occasionally, till the beer is almost gone (about 30 to 45 min). You will have thick "gravy like" drippings with onions at the end that gives the chops a nice brown appearance, serve this on top of pork chops. Very tender!
