Ingredientes
- 4 x Pork Chops
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Unbleached Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 x Onions, Small (2 med) *
- 1/2 c. Beer
- 1/2 c. Beef Broth, Warm
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- Â Â Onions are to be thinly sliced.
Direcciones
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper; coat with flour. Heat oil in a heavy frypan.
- Add in pork chops; fry for 3 min on each side. Add in onions; cook for another 5 min, turning chops once. Pour in beer and beef broth; cover and simmer 15 min. Remove pork shops to a prehaeated platter. Season sauce to taste. Blend cornstarch with a small amount of cool water. Stir into sauce and cook till thick and bubbly. Pour over pork chops.
