Receta Pork Chops In Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 6 pork chops
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. finely cut green pepper
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops; remove. Brown rice and onions in drippings. Add in all remaining ingredients. Lay pork chops in rice mix.Bake at 350 degrees in a covered roaster for one hour or possibly till rice and chops are tender. If rice becomes dry, add in tomato juice and water. Serves 6.
