Receta Pork Chops With Apple Thyme Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1 can Frzn apple juice concentrate (6 ounce.), thawed
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dry thyme, crushed
- 4 x Pork loin chops
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Combine juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce and thyme in a shallow glass dish or possibly heavy plastic bag. Add in pork; cover dish or possibly close bag. Marinate in the refrigerator up to 8 hrs turning pork once or possibly twice. Remove pork from marinade; throw away marinade. Season pork lightly with salt and peper.
- Oil grill to prevent sticking. Grill pork on covered grill, over medium heat, 8 to 14 min, turning once.
