Receta Pork Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Pork tenderloin
- 1/8 tsp Chinese five-spice pwdr
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds, crushed
- 1/2 c. Minced fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Coarsely shredded carrot
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cooked rice, cooked without salt or possibly fat
- 1 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Trim fat from pork, and cut into 1/4-inch cubes. Sprinkle five-spice pwdr proportionately over pork. Coat a wok or possibly large non stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat till warm. Add in pork; stir-fry 3 min or possibly till browned. Spoon pork and drippings into a bowl; set aside.
- Heat 3/4 tsp. oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add in fennel seeds; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add in broccoli, mushrooms, green onions, and carrot; stir-fry 3 min. Add in to pork mix; stir well, and set aside. Heat remaining 3/4 tsp. oil in wok over medium heat. Add in rice and stir-fry for 2 min. Add in soy sauce and pepper; stir well.
- Return the pork mix to wok. Cook till thoroughly heated.
- Yield: 2servings (serving size: 1-1/2 c.).
