Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 pkt Cubed pork mix, thawed, (see recipe)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce.) linguine
  • 3 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, sliced, for garnish
  • 3 x Minced green onions, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Add in bouillon granules; stir till dissolved. Stir in pork mix and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 min over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook linguine according to directions. Spoon cooked linguine proportionately into 4 soup bowls. Pour pork mix proportionately over top of each. Garnish each with hard-cooked egg slices and minced green onions.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
