Receta Pork On Lemon Grass Skewers Thailand

Ingredientes
- 300 gm Chopped pork
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander root, finely minced
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Lime leaf, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Â Â Lemongrass stalks, trimmed
- 6 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Garlic clove, very finely minced
- 2 lrg Red chillies, seeded and finely minced
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves, finely minced
Direcciones
- First make the sauce. Boil the vinegar and sugar together to a syrup then remove from the heat and add in the garlic, chillies and salt. Allow to cold and add in the coriander.
- Mix the pork ingredients together and mix well. Mould around lemongrass sticks and deep fry at 200C till golden.
