- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar - (packed)
- 3 lb country-style pork ribs cut individual sections

- In a crockpot layer all ingredients, with pork ribs bone-side up. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs, then 1 hour before serving turn to HIGH.
