Receta Pork Steaks Simmered In Red Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- Â Â This is good with potatoes or possibly spaetzle and cabbage or possibly coleslaw.
- 4 x boneless pork loin steaks
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. red wine
Direcciones
- Brown steaks in oil and remove from skillet. Saute/fry onion and mushrooms till golden brown in the pan drippings. Return steaks to pan; add in raisins, cinnamon and wine. Cover and simmer for an hour or possibly a little longer.
- Makes 4 servings.
