Receta Scalloped "Hashbrown Potatoes"

Ingredientes
- 2 pound bag frzn hashbrown potatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 10 ounce. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Direcciones
- In large bowl mix the above ingredients all together. Put frzn potatoes in colander and run warm water over them to separate. Then mix potatoes into the above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Put mix into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Heat 1/2 stick butter, mix with 4 c. corn flakes (crushed). Put corn flake mix on top potato mix, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
