Receta Pork stew with gnocchi
Ingredientes
- 1 onion, oil, ground red pepper, 500g pork, salt, broth from bones or meat bouillon cubes, 1 green pepper, 3 tomatoes, 10g flour,
- GNOCCHI: 250g coarse flour, 1 egg, salt, water, 20g of butter
Direcciones
- Finely chop onion and fry in lard. Add the paprika and diced salted meat. Shortly fry, pour broth and choke until tender. Add cleaned, chopped peppers and tomatoes. When softened, sprinkle plain flour juice, diluted with broth and boil. Serve with gnocchi. GNOCCHI: In a bowl sifted flour processed with egg, salt and water to supple dough. The dough pushes into boiling salted water noodles. When cooking choose the strainer and pour the butter dish, sticking to them.
