Receta Pork Stir Fry With Green Beans And Peanuts

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce pork tenderloin trimmed, and
- Â Â cut into 1 1/2" by 1/4" strips
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/4 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 1 lb green beans trimmed, and
- Â Â cut into 1 1/2" lengths
- 1 c. matchstick-size strips peeled carrots (abt 2 med)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lrg red bell pepper cored, and
- Â Â cut into 1 1/2" by 1/4" strips
- 1 Tbsp. chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 3 x green onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. finely-minced lightly-salted
- Â Â dry-roasted peanuts

- Mix pork, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. honey, half of garlic, and crushed red pepper in medium bowl. Mix remaining 3 Tbsp. soy sauce and remaining 1/2 Tbsp. honey in small bowl; set aside.
- Cook green beans in large saucepan of boiling salted water till crisp-tender, about 3 min. Add in carrots to green beans in water; cook 1 minute. Drain carrots and green beans.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. canola oil in wok or possibly large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add in pork mix; stir-fry 1 minute. Transfer pork to dish.
- Add in remaining 1 Tbsp. canola oil to wok; add in red bell pepper and stir-fry 1 minute. Add in green beans, carrots, ginger, and remaining garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Return pork to wok along with reserved soy sauce-honey mix; stir till heated through, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and minced peanuts and serve.
