Receta Pork Tenderloin In Lime Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced shallots
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. beef stock
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in roasting pan on high (stove top). Brown pork on all sides, turning frequently and transfer to oven. Roast till cooked through - about 25 min.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. butter over medium heat. Add in onion and shallot. Saute/fry 3 min. Add in wine, boil 5 min. Stir frequently throughout. Add in stocks and boil about 13 min. Add in whip cream and boil about 7 min. Fold in fresh lime juice. Season with salt and pepper if you like.
- Cut pork into 1/4 inch thick slices. Spoon sauce onto plates. Fan pork atop sauce and serve. Preparation time: 30 min. Serves: 6.
