Ingredientes
- 6 pork tenderloin patties
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices onion, 1/4 inch thick
- 6 slices tomato
- 6 slices sharp cheese
- 6 slices bacon
Direcciones
- Season patties. Top each with onion, tomato, cheese and bacon. Use toothpicks to hold in place. Bake in covered pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 min longer. Remove picks before serving.
