Receta Pork With Nectarine Salsa

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd coriander
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
- 8 x pork loin chops
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 4 c. nectarines - sliced
- 1/4 c. cilantro - minced
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients; rub mix over both sides of pork. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium high heat. Add in pork; saute/fry 2 min on each side or possibly till done. Remove from pan and keep hot. Add in salsa and preserves to skillet and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute. Stir in the nectarine slices and cilantro. Cook mix 1 minute. Serve salsa with pork.
