Receta Portuguese Kale Soup
Ingredientes
- 1 c. pea beans
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 pound chorico
- 1 pound kale
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
Direcciones
- Soak beans overnight in cool water. In the morning, drain, add in the onion, sausage (cut in pcs), kale (broken in pcs), salt, pepper, vinegar and 10 c. water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook gently 2-3 hrs. Add in potatoes and 1 additional c. water. Continue cooking till potatoes are tender.
