Ingredientes
- 1 sm. cauliflower, sliced
- Sm. jar sliced green olives
- 1 med. sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon coarse grnd black pepper
- 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 med. head lettuce
- 4 ounce. crumbled blue cheese
Direcciones
- Drain olives, mix together in covered bowl with cauliflower slices, onion slices and sprinkle with black pepper. Mix well extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and crushed garlic. Pour over mix in bowl, cover, chill and marinate overnight. Prepare lettuce for salad in large bowl, pour marinated mix over lettuce, including liquid. Add in blue cheese, toss and serve.
