Ingredientes
- 3-4 pound boneless rump roast
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 can water
- Oven roasting bag
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 c. cool water
Direcciones
- Place roast in oven roasting bag, place in roasting pan. Mix cranberry sauce, 1/2 can water and onion soup mix, pour over roast. Secure bag, poke holes in top of bag and bake roast at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs. Remove roast from bag, drain sauce into roasting pan. Over medium on top of stove heat sauce till it boils and thicken with cornstarch and water mix. Serve roast with sauce and noodles.
