Receta Pot Roast In Golden Mushroom Soup

Ingredientes
- 2-3 lbs. pot roast
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and quartered
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3 cans golden brown mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Oven temperature at 350 degrees. Place pot roast in large roaster pan, arrange onions and carrots around roast, open package of onion soup mix on top of meat, then over with golden brown mushroom soup, add in 1/4 c. of water and top off with Worcestershire sauce. Cover roaster with foil, cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
