- Prepare potatoes and fry in oil till soft. Scramble Large eggs; add in seasonings. Add in potatoes. Place in slightly greased fry pan over medium heat. When sides of egg pull away from pan, flip pie over. Continue cooking till hard.
- HINT: Use a non-stick fry pan. Also, to flip pie, place a plate over fry pan; turn upside down and return to fry pan.
