Receta Potato And Cheese "Pie" (Pan Haggerty)

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3 x potato, sliced, thinly
- 1 x onion, sliced, thinly
- 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a frypan over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and lay 1/3 of the potato slices in the bottom of the pan, and lay 1/3 of the onion slices on top of which.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated cheese. Top with another layer of potatoes, and another layer of onions.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top, cover with the remaining onions and finally with the rest of the potatoes.
- Cover and cook for 20-25 min.
- Remove the lid and invert a plate over the frypan. Flip the frypan over so which the potato mix winds up on the plate, cooked side up.
- Add in a bit more oil to the pan and slide the potatoes back into the pan to cook the other side. Cook for 10 min, covered, then serve.
