Receta Potato Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 4 med. potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dry rosemary, crushed or possibly 1/2 teaspoon fresh, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 (7/8 ounce.) packet chicken gravy mix
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 x 8 inch pan. Arrange potatoes slightly overlapping. Mix cheese, bread crumbs, rosemary and pepper. In small bowl, stir lowfat milk and gravy mix till well blended. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with bread mix. Bake 35 min or possibly till tender and topping is golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
