Ingredientes

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1/4 c. potato flakes
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tbsp. orange peel
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp. oil

Direcciones

Combine all cake ingredients at low speed till moistened. Beat 2 min at highest speed. Pour batter into prepared pan; 13 x 9 inch greased and floured. Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
