Name: Potato Basque Soup
Ingredients: 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced; 1/2 c. Minced onion; 2 can (16oz each) tomatoes; 4 x White potatoes, pared and diced, (6 C); 1/4 c. Minced parsley; 1 c. Diagonally sliced celery; 2 Tbsp. Minced celery leaves; 1 1/2 c. Water; 2 x Beef bouillion cubes; 1 x Bay leaf; 1 Tbsp. Salt; 1/2 tsp Dry leaf thyme; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Ingredientes

1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
1/2 c. Minced onion
2 can (16oz each) tomatoes
4 x White potatoes, pared and diced, (6 C)
1/4 c. Minced parsley
1 c. Diagonally sliced celery
2 Tbsp. Minced celery leaves
1Â 1/2 c. Water
2 x Beef bouillion cubes
1 x Bay leaf
1 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Dry leaf thyme
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

In large saucepan or possibly kettle, brown sausage over medium heat. Add in onion and cook 5 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 40 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
Serves 6
