Receta Potato Carrot Steamed Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded potato
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 c. grnd suet
- 1 c. raisins, cut up
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients to a stiff batter. Pour batter into a well greased mold and steam for 2 1/2 hrs. Serve with hard sauce.
