Receta Potato Dipped Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- Instant potato flakes for 4 servings
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- 1 T seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 lbs. chicken drumsticks or possibly thighs
- 1/4 c. butter
Direcciones
- About 1 1/4 hrs before serving: preheat oven to 400 degrees. In shallow dish or possibly pie plate, mix potato flakes with cheese, seasoned salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, with fork, beat egg with 1/4 cup water just till mixed. With tongs, roll chicken in egg mix, then coat with potato flake mix; set on wire rack to dry 10 or possibly 15 min.In 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan, heat butter in oven. With pot holders, remove pan from oven and tilt pan to spread butter evenly over pan. Arrange chicken in pan, turning pcs over to coat with melted butter. Bake chicken 40 to 50 min till fork tender. (8 servings).
