- 1/2 c. minced peeled potato
- 1/3 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- Â Â (or possibly 1/3 c. low-fat yogurt)
- Â Â Lowfat milk as needed
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 3Â 1/2 c. bread flour
- 4 tsp snipped chives
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast

- Potato Mix: In a small saucepan, combine water and potato. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cook, covered, 8 to 9 min or possibly till potato is very tender. Don't drain; cold. Mash potato in the water. Measure potato mix. Add in lowfat sour cream (or possibly yogurt) and sufficient lowfat milk to make 1 1/3 c..
- Dough: Add in potato mix and dough ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer, treating potato mix as a liquid.
- Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
