Ingredientes

Cost per serving $0.18 view details
  • 1 1/2 lb vanilla-flavored almond bark
  • 1 x (9 ounce.) pkg. mini pretzel twists
  • 1 x (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  •     Candied green cherries
  •     Red cinnamon candies

Direcciones

  1. Place almond bark in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low; cook till almond bark melts. Dip 10 pretzels, 5 at a time, in almond bark. Remove pretzels, one at a time, with a fork, allowing excess almond bark to drain; place on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Immediately arrange 5 coated pretzels, twisted edges out, in a circle with sides joining to create bottom layer of wreath. Quickly repeat process, making a second layer with remaining 5 coated pretzels.
  3. Repeat to assemble about 9 additional pretzel wreaths. Allow coated wreaths to harden. Carefully remove wreaths for wax paper; transfer to wire racks. Using a small brush, spread remaining almond bark over wreaths to provide a thick coating. Allow almond bark to harden. If you like, place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil, reduce heat to low; cook till chocolate melts. Drizzle chocolate over wreaths; allow chocolate to harden. Carefully remove wreaths from racks and garnish with cinnamon candies and cherries (attach with melted almond bark or possibly chocolate, if needed).
  4. Yield: 10 wreaths.
