Receta Prosperity Pork with Pine Nuts

Ingredientes
- 1 red Capsicum (flowers)
- 1 green Capsicum (leaves)
- 250g minced Pork
- 2 tsp Pine nuts
- 2 tsp Black bean paste
- 1 tsp minced Ginger
- ½ tsp minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Chinese wine
- ½ tsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Marinade pork with bean paste, pepper & flour for an hour. Set aside.
- Wash Capsicum & remove seeds. Make flower & leaf patterns using moulds. Dice the remaining bell peppers.
- Heat oil & sauteed garlic & ginger. Add pork & stir-fry for about 3 mins. Put in diced Capsicums & half of Pine nuts, sesame oil, wine & continue cooking for another 2 mins.
- Dish pork into bowl & press hard. Overturn pork onto palate & top with remaining nuts. Decorate with flowers & leaves & youâre ready to impress your guests!
