Ingredients: 1 c. butter, softened; 1 c. vegetable oil; 1 c. sugar; 1 c. confectioners sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 pkt instant lemon pudding, or possibly -other flavor; 4 c. flour; 1 tsp cream of tartar; 1 tsp baking soda

Ingredientes

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkt instant lemon pudding, or possibly -other flavor
4 c. flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda

Direcciones

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, oil and sugars. Beat in the Large eggs, vanilla and dry pudding mix. Combine the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda; gradually add in to creamed mix. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. bake at 350 degrees for 12- 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.
