Receta Puff Pastry & Prosciutto Pinwheels

Ingredientes
- 1 sheet frzn puff pastry, semi-thawed
- 8 ounce (approx.) prosciutto
- 1/2 c. honey mustard
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beat with 1 T water
Direcciones
- Roll puff pastry on lightly floured board to 9 x 11 inches. Spread mustard over puff pastry. Layer with prosciutto and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roll cheese to set. Roll pastry in jelly roll fashion from each side and meet in the middle. Brush with egg mix. Slice by the 1/2 inch and bake for 20 min or possibly till brown at 400 degrees.
