Receta Pumpkin fritters
The batter can add spinach or corn. Tasty and oatmeal.
Ingredientes
- 400 g pumpkin pulp
- 2 pcs eggs
- 0.75 cups flour
- 0.5 cups buttermilk
- vegetable oil
- salt-sugar
Direcciones
- Pumpkin grate.
- Sift flour.
- Add yogurt, eggs, salt, sugar. Pour yogurt, preremeshat.
- Add to the pumpkin batter and mix well.
- Heat pan with oil. Spoon pancakes into the pan to spread, even trim edges.
- Fry fritters pumpkin over low heat on both sides until cooked, gently turning over their shoulder blade.
- Serve with sour cream.
