Receta Pumpkin Oatmeal Pancakes
A Healthy Fall Spin on Pancakes...reminds me of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creame Pie....of course, way healthier...low calorie, High Protein Clean Version!
Ingredientes
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/4 Cup Organic Oats
- 1/4 cup Organic Canned Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- For Yogurt Spread:
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt 0%- or your preference
- 1tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 packet Stevia in the Raw
- Top With:
- 1 TBS diced Walnuts
- Lightly Drizzled Sugar-Free Syrup
Direcciones
- Heat Griddle/Skillet Med/High Heat
- Lightly Spray Pan
- Mix all ingredients together, except for yogurt spread
- Pour onto hot skillet, to form 2 small pancakes
- May need to use spoon to flatten mixture, since it is thicker than normal pancakes, allow bottom to cook 30sec before flattening
- Cook on each side, flip..around 2 mins
- In small bowl mix together greek yogurt and spices
- Spread on top of one pancake, top with other
- Top with diced walnuts
- 1 serving is 2 small pancakes with yogurt spread
