Receta Pumpkin Pancakes (Viola)

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1Â 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Combine flour, brown sugar, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix lowfat milk, pumpkin, egg and oil. Add in pumpkin mix to flour mix; stir just till moistened; batter may be lumpy. Griddle like any other pancakes.
- Makes approximately 8 servings.
