Receta Pumpkin Pie Roll

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 2/3 c. pumpkin pie mix
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs. Gradually add in sugar, pumpkin pie mix and lemon juice. Add in salt and flour. Spread on greased and lightly floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. When done, turn out on cleaned dish towel and roll up. Put in refrigerator to refrigerate (1 1/2 hrs).Remove from refrigerator and unroll. Spread cream cheese and powdered sugar filling over cake and re-roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate. When ready to serve, slice very thin.
