Ingredients: 1 x 16-ounce roll mild sausage; 1 x 8-ounce jar chunky salsa; 1 pkt (1.5 ounce) taco seasoning; 1 ct , (12 ounce) cottage cheese; 1 pkt (8 ounce) shredded Mexican style cheese, divided; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 10 x 7-inch flour tortillas; 1 can (4.5 ounce) minced green chiles, liquid removed; 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) minced ripe olives; 1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe olives

Ingredientes

1 x 16-ounce roll mild sausage
1 x 8-ounce jar chunky salsa
1 pkt (1.5 ounce) taco seasoning
1 ct , (12 ounce) cottage cheese
1 pkt (8 ounce) shredded Mexican style cheese, divided
2 x Large eggs, beaten
10 x 7-inch flour tortillas
1 can (4.5 ounce) minced green chiles, liquid removed
1 can (2 1/4 ounce) minced ripe olives
1 can (2 1/4 ounce) sliced ripe olives

Direcciones

Directions: Heat oven to 350. In medium skillet brown sausage over medium high heat. Remove from heat; drain grease. Stir in salsa and taco seasoning. In medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, 1 c. cheese, and Large eggs.
Grease 13 x 9 pan and place 8 tortillas over bottom and up sides of pan.
Spoon half of meat mix and half of cottage cheese mix over tortillas. Place two tortillas across top and spoon remaining meat mix and cottage cheese mix on top. Sprinkle with green chiles, olives, and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 min covered with aluminum foil. Uncover and bake 5 min longer or possibly till cheese is bubbly. Serve hot.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
